Topic: What can you do to recognise and decrease symptoms of stress, depression, or anxiety? In this session, we will discuss how to improve and maintain your mental health in the long run, and practice simple exercises that you can do in the midst of daily routines.
Speaker: Kirsikka Kaipainen has long experience in the research and development of web-based mental health programmes. She is currently employed by both Tampere University and University of Jyväskylä. She has also served several years as a volunteer at the crisis center, Osviitta.
