Speaker: Sami Ekmark is an identical triplet and has 20 years background in team sports.
While working as a nurse in the mental health sector and playing football, he has noticed and recognised the importance of communities. He is a founder of Commu, an app that helps connect community members to each other.
With guest speaker: Jessica Oinonen
Topic: In this workshop, the participants will reflect on themselves, on what is truly important for them. We will hear a story from Jessica about her personal experiences moving to Finland. To conclude the workshop, we will brainstorm together about communities and what we can do to help people to not be alone or lonely.
