Topic: During this session, you will learn the best practices and tips on how to present yourselves during an interview, on stage or in a meeting with a potential customer/partner. You will learn how to best communicate and present yourselves at different situations and how to effectively reach out to potential employers or partners by utilising different communication tools and techniques. Lastly, you will also learn how to access different opportunities around youth programs, self-development, internships and event/conferences that can improve your skills and bring you industry recognition.

Speaker: Caritta Seppa is the co-founder and COO at Tespack, company specialised in developing mobile energy solutions for off-grid workers, currently partnering and working with NGOs and agencies such as Plan International, UNHCR and Audi Environmental Foundation. Caritta has been shortlisted by Forbes 30 Under 30, selected as one of the Top 100 Women in Wearables as well as one of the finalist winners for the Nordic Women in Tech Award 2020. Caritta currently serves as a One Young World ambassador and a delegate speaker on education. Her expertise lies in international relations, business development, funding and public diplomacy.

Caritta is passionate about technology and sustainable development and an invited speaker to leading tech events such as MQ! Innovation Summit, Women in Tech Summit and AI & RPA World Summit. Caritta is also a TEDx speaker and mentor and advisor to aspiring entrepreneurs and students.
