Speaker: Lena Grenat is an international leader, resilience and leadership coach and an entrepreneur. She lived 17 years in the U.S.A. , where she worked in large national and multinational firms and founded three businesses. She was trained as a Co-Active Coach at the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and is a certified Resilience trainer, and trained for relationship coaching methods (CRR Clobal).

Topic: In this introductory course, you will become familiar with the concept of resilience. You will learn how you can adapt to change, what are the effects of increased need for change, and the 5 characteristics of resilience. After the session, you will have tools to start developing your resilience muscles, that will benefit you in your career, leadership role, and life in general.
