In this introduction course you will become familiar with the concept of Resilience. You will learn how you can adapt to change, what are the effects of increased need for change, and the 5 characteristic of resilience.
After the session you will have tools to start developing your resilience “muscles”, that will benefit you in your career, leadership role, and life in general.
Lena Grenat is an international leader, resilience and leadership coach and an entrepreneur. She lived 17 years in the U.S.A. , where she worked in large national and multinational firms and founded three businesses. She understands the challenges of running your own business and the complexity of working for a large corporation.
Lena has a strong background in multicultural leadership and organizational development, both in non-profits and for-profit organizations. She has moved around enough to learn how to start a career from scratch multiple times, by investing in networking, creating your personal story and having a growth mindset.
She was trained as a Co-Active Coach at the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and is certified Resilience trainer, and trained for relationship coaching methods (CRR Global). She holds a Bachelors degree in Business Managements from University of Phoenix and she has also has studied social psychology at Helsinki University.
Currently Lena works as an Executive Director at SAM.
